Job Description

What this job involves:

As a Senior Facilities Manager at JLL, you'll oversee comprehensive facility operations for large-scale properties, delivering exceptional integrated facility management services. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, serve as the primary contact between clients and vendors, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance asset value and occupant experience while maintaining compliance with safety and sustainability standards.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Operational Leadership Lead integrated facility operations covering maintenance, sustainability, safety, and governance. Establish systems for monitoring and continuous improvement while overseeing procedures, reporting, and technology deployment. Drive risk management programs addressing health and safety, fire safety, and environmental risks.

Client Relationship Management Serve as single point of contact for service delivery and build strong client relationships. Coordinate with site representatives to ensure quality service, fulfill contractual obligations, and achieve KPIs. Submit monthly performance reports and management documentation with improvement actions.

Financial Management Develop and execute operational budgets and capital plans while driving cost optimization. Support clients in achieving financial targets, manage fee collection, and monitor operational costs to ensure financial accountability.

Vendor & Compliance Management Manage vendor procurement, contractor relationships, and contract databases ensuring transparency and compliance. Conduct facility inspections and audits, oversee preventive maintenance using CAFM/CMMS systems, and respond to emergencies to minimize business disruption.

Strategic Innovation & Team Leadership Present data-driven recommendations for facility improvements and operational efficiency. Champion sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives. Build and mentor high-performing teams through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Built Environment, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years in similar position with management/supervisory experience
  • At least 3 years providing Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services
  • Proven track record managing multiple sites
  • Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems and facility management technology
  • Strong financial and budget management capabilities
  • Tier 2 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) by SIFMA (preferred)
  • SCEM (Singapore Certified Energy Manager) or Green Mark Manager certification (preferred)
