About The Role
This Senior Facilities Manager /Site lead role is a pivotal member of the APAC Senior Management team for the client account.
The position is responsible for directing and overseeing comprehensive facility maintenance, management, safety, quality, and compliance programs across assigned countries, sites or regions, managing performance against KPIs, and leading subordinate teams in facility operations and maintenance.
Crucially, this role entails sole responsibility for managing relationships with strategic partners.
This includes collaboration, financial oversight, account and relationship governance, KPI management, insurance, risk/liability management, achieving annual objectives, and driving innovation.
The incumbent will also foster positive relationships with client stakeholders, reporting to the client accounts, Regional Alliance Director, and potentially attending offsite CBRE events.

This role is central to managing strategic partner relationships and ensuring operational excellence across assigned countries and sites. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Partner & Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners, ensuring full compliance with Master Services Agreements (staffing, financials, service delivery, governance, KPIs). Maintain strong communication with leadership regarding operational status, P&L, risks, and escalations. Oversee account governance, participating in reviews, managing change controls, and resolving partner issues.
- Facilities Operations & Compliance: Direct and oversee comprehensive facility maintenance, safety, quality, and compliance programs (including national/local codes, industry standards like cGMP). Conduct client inspections, develop operational solutions, and monitor maintenance effectiveness against KPIs. Manage energy initiatives, identify capital improvement projects, and troubleshoot complex technical and operational problems.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the strategic partner's budget, track expenditures, support variations, report monthly P&L, manage aging debt, and ensure accurate financial reporting, including planning and forecasting.
- Performance Management & Innovation: Ensure positive management of all SLAs and KPIs, addressing and resolving any deviations. Deliver annual SMART objectives for CBRE and strategic partners, and drive innovations in service, costs, and processes.
- Team Leadership: Provide formal supervision to employees, including recruitment, performance management (appraisals, corrective actions), staffing level planning, mentoring, and coaching, while modelling CBRE's values.
What You'll Need
Qualifications and Education:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent experience with a High School Diploma/GED required) and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in Engineering and/or Maintenance Management, with preference for prior Supervisory Management experience and experience in staff management (recruitment, training, development, performance, retention).
