Senior Facilities Manager (Airport Facilities)

Are you an experienced facilities professional ready to take on a pivotal leadership role at a dynamic international airport We're seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations and maintenance of our world-class airport infrastructure.

In this critical position, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functionality, safety, and efficiency of all airport facilities, from terminals and runways to specialized equipment and utilities. Your leadership will directly impact the passenger experience and the operational success of a vital transportation hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and new project implementation.
• Develop and implement strategic facilities plans, policies, and procedures.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of facilities professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of building systems, M&E, and relevant technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Possession of at least a Tier 2 Facilities Management (FSM) certificate is required.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFM) a plus.
