Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and etc) within the premises.
  • Lead and supervise the Facilities Operations team including multi-disciplinary technical staff, technicians, and contractors in executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to support 247 operations.
  • Plan and execute periodic maintenance works by team and appointed vendors in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits and troubleshooting to ensure systems reliability and compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Prepare monthly client progress report and monitor the status of all project deliverables.
  • Manage A&A works, including conducting feasibility studies, coordinating energy efficiency initiatives, supervising contractors, and ensuring all works are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Support and monitor utility consumption to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare technical reports, incident investigations and documentation for compliance and client updates.
  • Liaise with authorities, consultants, and vendors to facilitate permits, statutory submissions, and inspections.
  • Ensure workplace safety (WSH) compliance and implement risk assessments and safety procedures.
  • Provide technical advice to client and management on system upgrades, asset lifecycle, and sustainability improvements.
  • Prepare and review SOP, MOS and Risk Assessment.


Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Facilities Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E facilities management with hands-on exposure to A&A projects, energy management, and sustainability programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice and relevant statutory regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems, with experience in Rail and Hospital projects will be an added advantage.
  • Effective report-writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required.
