Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Clean Room, Chillers, HVAC, Environmental Protection Systems, Process Utilities, Building Services, and other mechanical or facility systems.
- To ensure continuous utility supply at required performance levels for wafer fabrication.
- Develop and implement PM programs to keep systems functioning as intended at all times.
- Carry out repairs and troubleshooting to restore systems to operating condition as quickly as possible.
- Monitor system performance and capacity usage provide regular reports recommend and implement improvement/enhancement projects.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure optimal system operation.
- Monitor utility usage and work with users to implement reduction projects where possible.
- Track spares and consumable usage ensure adequate supply for daily operations.
- Ensure plant histories, drawings, data, and other documents are generated and properly filed for future reference.
- Evaluate and recommend necessary spares, consumables, and other resources for daily system operations.
Requirements:
- Degree or Master's in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Building or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience preferred in semiconductor, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong sense of responsibility.
- Works independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
