Senior Export Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supporting export operations.
• Execute export documentation in compliance to customer, airline, destination customs and agent requirements.
• Manage Dangerous Goods (DG) team in shipment handling.
• Manpower planning, handling claims and incentives for the export operations team.
• Generating weekly and monthly statistics reports for Management reporting.
• Liaison for Singapore Customs matters.
• Engage with Ground Handling Agents for operational matters.
• Ensure operational compliance with regulations.
• Invoice recovery for all invoice pertaining to export office.
• Other adhoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least ITE/ Diploma and preferred in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent study.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & equipped with IT skills will be preferred.
• Good at statistics and willing to undertake projects.
• Service Oriented with a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to communicate in fluent English and good writing skills.
• Willing to take shift duties.
