Senior Executive, Volunteer Engagement

Our client is looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to build and strengthen our volunteer network to support community health promotion initiatives.

Job Scope:

• Develop and grow a pool of volunteers by partnering with community organisations.

• Recruit, manage and deploy volunteers to suitable programmes and activities.

• Create training materials and conduct training sessions for volunteers.

• Conceptualize, develop and implement new volunteer activities to support health promotion efforts in the community.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in volunteer management, preferably within the healthcare or social service sector.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
