CORA Environment is strengthening its strategic partnerships ecosystem to accelerate recycling adoption and support Singapore's transition to a circular economy. We are seeking a Senior Executive- Strategic Partnerships to assist in executing and coordinating key partnership programmes such as the Closed-Loop Partners Network, CORA Recycling Mark, and the School Recycling League.
This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager to manage stakeholders, drive school engagement initiatives, coordinate programme activities, and ensure strong operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships Support
Assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing corporate, institutional, and community partners across CORA's sustainability programmes.
Support the facilitation and tracking of the programmes, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across recyclers, manufacturers, retailers, and industry stakeholders.
Coordinate implementation and tracking of the programmes, including documentation reviews and partner engagement activities.
Stakeholder Management
Manage day-to-day communications with partners, schools, vendors, recyclers, and relevant government or community stakeholders.
Prepare minutes, briefs, decks, and updates for stakeholder meetings.
Support relationship-building efforts by ensuring timely follow-ups, addressing feedback, and maintaining strong partner engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment in stakeholder deliverables and commitments.
Project Coordination & Reporting
Assist in planning, organising, and executing partnership events, workshops, and outreach activities.
Track programme milestones, KPIs, deliverables, and partnership commitments.
Work with the Business Intelligence team to consolidate data for reporting partnership outcomes, recycling volumes, engagement levels, and impact metrics.
Prepare monthly or adhoc dashboards, presentations, and insights for internal review.
Operational & Administrative Support
Coordinate logistics, documentation, and internal approvals required for partnership initiatives.
Support content preparation for campaigns, partner communications, and programme materials.
Assist partner operations and community engagement activities as programmes grow in scale.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Studies, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years experience in partnerships, community outreach, stakeholder engagement, sustainability programmes, or project coordination.
Strong people skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (schools, corporate partners, vendors, community organisations).
Good coordination, organisation, and project management skills.
Passionate about environmental sustainability and circular economy topics.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting school programmes, outreach events, or community initiatives.
Familiarity with the waste management or environmental sector (advantage).
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and basic reporting tools.
Strong writing and presentation skills.
