Join our Strategic Integration & Transformation (SIT) team and support HR initiatives that ensure seamless patient care across the SingHealth healthcare cluster.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate Senior Staff Promotions and Hiring: Coordinate promotion panels for Senior Nursing, Medical and Research staff; assist with hiring approvals
- Integration Project Management: Provide support for centralising Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Administrative, Ancillary (NPA3) and Medical staff employee initiatives, respond to employment transfer queries, and follow up on project timelines
- Support Events: Work closely with Talent Attraction, Development and Awards team on SingHealth Doctors and Dentists Long Service Award ceremony, and Employee Services team for SingHealth HQ Long Service Award ceremony
- Handle Administrative Tasks: Prepare appointment letters for system access, maintain databases for staff accesses, update leadership appointment records, and maintain organised filing systems
- Provide Operational Support: Address queries directed to SIT, escalate issues appropriately, and complete assigned projects within timelines
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eager to learn, seeks clarity when needed
- Adaptable, resourceful, and shows initiative
- Good interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition
- Team player with high sense of responsibility
