Job Description

• Provide general administrative support to executives and managers in the company.
• Managing office equipment and services.
• Maintain and update company's centralized document and record filing systems on incoming/outgoing documents.
• Managing and tracking company asset including company capex, Staff Asset record, asset labelling and annual asset stock taking.
• Preparation and support HR in staff on-boarding and off-boarding as well as office access management.
• Managing and process of Kofax (Non-PO payment)
• Managing the issuance of IT assets to staff.
• Work in other ad-hoc work assignment when required.
• Lead and manage a team of admin executives in job/function rotation.
• Create capacity with continuous improvement, digitisation and function optimisations.

Requirements

• Preferably possess 3 years work experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application and productivity tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lead a small team
• A good team player
• Know how on processdigitisation will be an advantage
