Senior Executive (Risk Management)

As part of the Legal & Secretariat Department, you will report to the General Manager (Risk Management), work closely with various internal and external parties to support and maintain the Group's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework which covers the Group's Property and Hospitality businesses. This includes coordinating and reviewing ERM reports and documentation and supporting ERM discussions and trainings with stakeholders.

You will assist in supporting and maintaining the Group's Data Protection and Business Continuity Management programmes. This comprises updating policies, reviewing documentation, engaging relevant stakeholders, and liaising with third parties where required.

You will also assist in supporting training related to ERM and other governance/compliance matters which the Department is handling.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Real Estate, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in risk and controls/data protection/ compliance/audit
• Good organisational, communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Analytical, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Being open to work with stakeholders to manage emerging risk issues in evolving landscape and on data protection, business continuity and other governance/compliance-related matters
• Able to work in a team as well as independently
