Job Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Perform data analysis to support business initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through data exploration and analysis.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical outputs and recommendations.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to address emerging business needs.
Dashboard & Reporting Development
- Develop, maintain, and enhance business dashboards and performance reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms.
- Monitor key business metrics and provide timely insights to stakeholders.
- Create executive-level reporting materials and presentations.
Process Automation & Data Management
- Automate recurring reports and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Support data integration, validation, and quality assurance processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analytical processes.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, and analytical methodologies.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 1– 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytical roles.
- Experience working with large datasets and business reporting environments.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, e-commerce, or consumer-focused industries is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with data automation and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytics programming languages is an advantage.
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and business intelligence concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
