Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and provide support for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
Ensure proper implementation, documentation control, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Plan and conduct internal quality audits to assess compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and operational procedures.
Support and facilitate external audits by certification bodies, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor and ensure timely resolution of non-conformities and observations by respective stakeholders.
Organize, facilitate and prepare presentation for Management Review meetings and continuous improvement program.
Manage document control processes, including storage, versioning, and accessibility in shared drives and intranet systems.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the QMS team, including documentation, records management, and scheduling
Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, audit findings, and improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives.
All other ad-hoc duties as informed by Management.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in engineering, quality management or equivalent field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality, IMS, or related functions.
Knowledge on manufacturing processes and strong technical competence will be an advantage.
Certified Internal Auditor for ISO standards.
Experience in audit management and corrective action processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AI applications.
