Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for enhancements to various Distribution platforms. Key platforms include the sales submission tool/system, with a focus on the sales advisory and e-submission processes, as well as the T&C monitoring platforms and/or dashboards. This role ensures that system changes meet business requirements and are delivered with high quality, accuracy, and user readiness.
- Prepare and execute UAT test cases and scenarios based on business requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects/issues, and support re-testing of fixes
- Ensure system functionalities meet expected outcomes and acceptance criteria
- Assist in coordinating UAT activities with business users and project teams
- Maintain accurate test documentation, including test results and defect logs
- Provide support during UAT cycles and system rollout, including basic issue troubleshooting
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in testing, system support, or related areas
- Basic understanding of software testing or UAT concepts
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Excel is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
