Job Description
Responsibility:
The role will support the Manager to manage the retail mall.
- Manage a team of Operations and Technical Officers
- Oversee predictive, preventive and reactive maintenance of equipment servicing
- Oversee and monitor effective performance of hard services such as Electrical, ACMV, Fire installations/Protection, Car Park, Security Card Access, CCTV and BMS system
- Oversee soft services such as Cleaning, Pest Control, Horticulture, Plumbing & Sanitary and Building Façade
- Vendor management such as working with Managing Agent, specialized contractors and term contractors
- Ensure statutory compliances
- Periodic review of operational procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Respond to emergency situation and adhoc incidents
- Project & property management supervision
- Minor addition and alteration works & installation such as office/shop renovation and relocation
- Minor repair & replacement works & installation such as car park barrier installation, aircon Installation
- Budgeting of Opex & Capex works and costs
- Plan and track OPEX/CAPEX
- Prepare specification and facilitate procurement process.
- Raise service/purchase order/billings
- Ensure timely payment to service providers
- Documentation including preparation of approval papers
- Prepare reports such as accrual and expenditure reports
- Generate and periodic review of SOPs, procedures and policies
Requirement:
- Diploma in Property/Facilities Management or related courses
- 3 years relevant or similar experience
- Good stakeholders management
- Good time project and time management
