RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Executive, Projects and Resourcing, is responsible for working with the Care & Integration Division Management Team on the development and implementation of key operational processes, ensuring effective resource management, and supporting 4Ps ( Processes, Projects, People and Partnerships) within the division. This role involves supporting structures that focus on manpower planning, developing organisational structures, leading change management initiatives (staff and leadership development), and building partnerships with agencies/organisations in the healthcare/social service sectors. Additionally, the Senior Executive will support the Care & Integration Division Management Team in co-ordinating programmes where required.

A) Key Responsibilities & Duties

1) Processes

i) Operations

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Support collaboration with the departments within the division to ensure the smooth execution of projects, processes and partnership initiatives.
  • Events/Activities: Liaise with the departments within the divison to
    • maintain the division's events/activities Calendar and
    • arrange with the departments to promote their events/activities via VIVA ENGAGE
    • Events/Visits: Support the planning, co-ordination and execution of events and visits to centres

ii) Projects

  • Collaborative Implementation: Assist in partnering with departments within the division and Shared Services, including Facilities and Procurement, to facilitate the implementation and support of new site developments within the organisation.

2) Resourcing

i) People Development

  • Support the development and implemention of a comprehensive staff engagement and development structures that promotes development and growth and aligns with the organisation's strategic goals.

ii) Partnerships

  • Internal Partnerships: Assist in partnering across Allkin to provide resources for the division. Support the collaboration with departments within the organisation to prepare presentation decks and compelling proposals to secure funding schemes/corporate donations.
  • External Partnerships: Support the building of partnerships with agencies/organisations in the healthcare/social service sectors. Support in conceptualising new programmes and involved in grant writing.

B) Other Responsibilities & Duties

Coordinate the collection and oversee the compilation and analysis of data/information from departments within and across divisions.

  • Prepare write-ups/presentation slides required for funding applications, events and visits.
  • Write and submit reports as specified.
  • Assist in monitoring trends and issues in the social service landscape, particularly in relation to mental health, youth, restorative and senior services.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by management for programmes and projects in the Division where required.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience within the social services sector. . Interest and readiness to develop grant writing, change management initiatives and overseeing complex projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of resource management, project management, and people development practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
