Work collaboratively with and provide administrative support to the Project Team for the entire project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the Project Team and Head Office to discern project requirements and assign tasks to internal and external team members.
Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project budgets and efficient allocation of project resources.
Support the Project Manager to organize, monitor and ensure that internal and consultant deadlines are met.
Report to the Project Manager on progress, issues and discuss on any matters related to the project.
Assist with the procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, tracking, and coordinating the delivery of the goods within project requirements and budgets.
Create, maintain and manage proper project documentation and record keeping related to projects for contract, documentation, clarification, certificate, and presentation to management.
Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as filing and sorting of project collateral.
Assist the Project Team in processing and recording monthly progress payments.
Any other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Building and Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction, real estate, or property development industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
Good organizing skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task
Team player and embrace technology for working efficiency
