This position is a member in the Project Development Department and assists and supports liaison/co-ordination of various relevant parties with the objective of completing projects within the stipulated contract period and budget so as to deliver quality product within cost and time constraints while ensuring statutory compliance.
The Senior Executive (Project Development) will support the Project Development Department to ensure construction is completed on time, in compliance with specifications and meet the required quality standards. This includes attending meetings and authority inspections and reviewing drawings.
The role also manages the end-to-end showflat process—from construction and inspections to handover for marketing launch, furniture sale, demolition and reinstatement of Temporary Occupation Licences (TOL).
Other duties include but is not limited to managing showflat furniture inventory and sale processes, including verification, coordination of balloting and payments, and liaison with stakeholders, working with Interior Designers to transfer the furniture for reuse, ensuring accurate tracking and smooth execution of all related activities; supporting sustainability and ISO initiatives, as well as preparing and tracking memoranda for approvals, and other administrative duties as may be assigned.
