What Impact You Will Make:
- Be part of the Regional Team to plan, manage, and develop MIMS Healthcare's online platform that operates across 8 countries with millions of healthcare professional users.
- Maintain, monitor, and drive growth in user traffic and engagement through continuous product enhancements.
- In collaboration with the Product Head, plan and set up both short- and long-term user growth strategies and tactics for the MIMS online platform.
- Initiate platform enhancement projects and execute them in collaboration with the project management, technical, marketing, operations, and content teams.
- Plan, manage, and lead data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
- Research and understand user needs (healthcare professionals needs), market trends, and the competitive landscape, and feed insights into our product strategy.
What Skills and Experience You will Bring:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a B2C online service product management executive.
- Experience in user journey mapping and persona profiling, and in transforming insights into impactful product enhancement strategies and user growth plans.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in planning and developing new or updated online product features.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in user behavior data management (planning datasets to be tracked, enabling data tracking with technical teams, analyzing/interpreting data, deriving valuable insights, and recommending next improvement actions, as well as maintaining data repositories).
- Hands-on experience with user behavior tracking tools, digital marketing tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing tools, Google Looker Studio).
- Ability to conduct research to understand user needs and market trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and translate insights into actionable product enhancement plans.
- 4+ years of experience working in an online service company with more than 100K sessions per month (website and/or mobile app).
- Ability to approach planning, prioritization, and execution in a data-driven, quantified, and analytical manner, using established frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience in website or mobile app enhancement projects, working closely with key stakeholders (PMs, engineers, marketing, editorial, etc.), with a solid understanding of the software development process.
- Entrepreneurial mindset willing to try new things, resilient in the face of challenges, and driven by outcomes.
- Ability to foster an environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience in planning and launching new online services from concept development to setup and initial rollout.
- Experience applying the RICE framework or similar product enhancement assessment methodologies.
- Ability to manage SEO initiatives (coordinate with agencies, liaise with engineers and PMs, and drive content-oriented SEO).
