Contract Duration: 3 Months (Immediate)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week
Process Quick Purchasing (QP) and Invitation to Quote (ITQ) requests for staff with basic procurement needs
Provide administrative support, ensuring all required supporting documents are complete before routing for processing
Review online purchase requests, verify against catalogue items, and route them through the appropriate procurement channel (e.g. Kyberlife or approved online platforms)
Consolidate P-Card and V-Card purchase requests and coordinate with the Finance team for timely processing
Assist the Procurement Executive in following up on missing documents and sending reminders to requestors
Support other administrative and operational tasks within the procurement team as required
Degree or Diploma in any discipline
Basic procurement experience is preferred candidates without prior experience but with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
