Senior Executive (Procurement)

The Procurement Executive or Senior Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement activities of direct purchases (e.g. packaging, food ingredients) for the organization. This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality and/or service.
• Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards and services.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with organizational policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Support in resolving any procurement-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare procurement reports.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance, and industry standards
• Proficient in Google Suite & SAP
