Driving Data-Driven Insights & A/B Testing: Identify and execute A/B tests for FairPrice Group's Business Units. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager and Programmatic platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics .
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Digital-savvy with knowledge of retail, branding trends, and consumer insights.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude to support various brand initiatives.
Prior experience or interest in brand management or marketing would be advantageous.
