As a Partnership Manager at Red Dot Payment, youll be at the heart of building and strengthening our partner ecosystem across Asia. Success in this role means developing trusted relationships with payment providers, acquirers, and platforms, driving seamless integrations, and unlocking new opportunities that add value for merchants. Working closely with internal teams like Sales, Finance, and Support, youll act as the key connector between RDP and our partners, ensuring smooth implementation, quick resolution of issues, and innovative solutions that keep RDP at the forefront of digital payments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, negotiate, review, and close agreements with local and international partners (Acquirers, Payment Providers, Integration/Platform partners, etc.)
- Oversee the implementation of new partners, including payment modes, methods, settlement currencies, features (e.g., 3DS), and applications.
- Facilitate discussions between relevant RDP departments (Underwriting, Support, Finance, Sales) and partner contacts.
- Provide relevant integration documents, test, and production credentials where appropriate.
- Serve as the central point of escalation during the post-implementation phase, ensuring partner issues are addressed promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing partners.
- Analyse partnerships to identify new opportunities that unlock additional value for RDP (including incentives for implementation where applicable).
- Build meaningful partnerships with potential local and international partners.
- Stay informed on RDP products/services, partner networks, and industry trends.
- Share insights on competitors, customer needs, sales, product, and marketing developments.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce payment market is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and motivated with a high level of energy.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
