Responsibilities:
Children's Cancer Foundation (CCF) is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join the Partnerships & Development Team. This role will focus on supporting stewardship and prospecting efforts for partners and donors in the following areas:
- Support CCF's strategies to enhance existing partnerships and cultivate new relationships aligned with organisational goals.
- Generate leads and identify potential partners across corporates, community organisations, nonprofits, government agencies and other relevant stakeholders to drive outreach and partnership growth.
- Engage potential and existing partners to build meaningful, long-term relationship initiatives aimed at community engagement and partnership development.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute appreciation events, public education talks, and other stewardship initiatives aimed at community engagement and partnership development.
- Support and facilitate partnership engagement for campaigns and fundraising initiatives, including outreach, follow-up and coordinating with partners.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to identify organisational needs and develop proposals, engagement resources, and communication materials-including presentations, appeals, funding applications, and curated invitation lists-to strengthen partner engagement and outreach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions and engagements in the database, evaluate partnership activities to ensure objectives are met.
- Undertake secretarial duties and administrative support where appropriate and executing other ad-hoc duty to further the goals of CCF where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Non-profit Management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, corporate partnerships, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation in partnership development.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and fundraising tools is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work occasionally during weekends, if required.
