Job Title: Senior Executive (Contract)

Salary: $12.53 - $13.64 per hour

Employment Type: 1-year Contract (April 2026 - March 2027)
Work Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• 1-hour lunch break
• 42 hours/week

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Executive to provide administrative support and coordinate key operational activities. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, supporting committees, managing schedules, and assisting with data tracking and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inspection schedules and liaise with licensees to prepare for inspections
• Schedule and organise team meetings, send invitations, and collate materials
• Provide secretariat support for expert committees
• Assist with data collation to support workload tracking, performance monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support administrative processes for refining and integrating checklists into systems
• Perform data reconciliation and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum A-Level or Diploma qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
