Job Role: Senior Executive, Ops Tech (Ops Planning & Development)
Job Purpose
Assist in driving innovation and technological adoption along with lifecycle planning, implementation, and optimization of technology systems and services used by Integrated Operations Division. The domain of these technology systems and services includes, but is not limited to: facilities & maintenance management, safety & security, transportation, guest services, landscape, and other technology systems and services related to island management.
He/she will be the communication bridge between technical stakeholders (such as technology vendors and IT professionals) and non-technical stakeholders (such as senior management and department system users).
Duties & Responsibilities
OT Systems and Project Support
Maintain OT system inventories, network diagrams and cybersecurity documentation.
Support the evaluation and onboarding of new technologies, pilots and proof-of-concepts, with a focus on resilience, cybersecurity and data protection.
Work with internal teams and external agencies on smart operations initiatives involving OT, IoT and data systems.
Monitor technology trends to identify opportunities for system improvements and new initiatives.
Support internal capability development through knowledge sharing on operational and AI-related technologies.
Coordination with Government and Stakeholders
Work with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify suitable technology solutions or strategies.
Collaborate with external partners such as government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) and industry players to co-develop and trial solutions.
Support project delivery activities, including business case development, procurement specifications, implementation planning and progress tracking.
Cybersecurity Governance & Compliance
Support the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity policies and standards in line with government IM8 and ICT/OT requirements.
Coordinate cybersecurity audits, risk assessments, vulnerability management and patching for OT systems and networks.
Assist in reviewing cybersecurity and risk requirements for systems and technology procurement.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology (IT), Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or any related discipline.
At least 2 years of working experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, or OT systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity governance such as ISO 27001, NIST and risk management tools such as SIEM systems, vulnerability penetration testing process and incident response.
Technical knowledge in areas of network architecture, network configuration, application gateway and protocols, API gateways and protocols.
Proficient in documentation and building presentations, for example, documenting process workflow, standard operating procedures, drafting procurement specifications and building business cases.
