Senior Executive Officer, Draw & Result Operations

We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer to join our Draw & Result Operations team to perform lottery draw, lottery draw video production, sports resulting/settlement duties, and dissemination of results successfully.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will have the day-to-day responsibility of ensuring integrity for all draws and resulting/settlement are carried out in a fair, accurate and timely manner in compliance with the established operating procedures.

However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in operations, video production/editing or sports and motor racing, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• You will perform lottery pre-draw preparation, conduct draw, and post-production.
• You will operate customized lottery mechanical machinery, lottery stream system and editing software.
• You will enter and check results into relevant computing system.
• You will disseminate content stream and results to various platforms.
• You will need to monitor matches while they are being played and verify the winning selections calculations and logic.
• You will conduct monthly maintenance for draw equipment, draw balls, audio equipment, and ensure they are in good working condition.
• You will compile data to develop maintenance standards and analysis study, and perform analysis of lottery and sports data.
• You will liaise with internal and external auditors on lottery field works and various reports for draw.
• You will assist in filing of documents, updating of result data, and general administrative matters.
• You will co-ordinate and prepare monthly shifts roster and act as the Team Lead during the shift hours you are rostered to.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably video production, video editing, or the equivalent.
• You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, vMix, and DaVinci Resolve.
• You should have basic data analytics knowledge.
• You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are interested in sports (e.g. football and motor racing) and have knowledge of sports and lottery products.
• You should be able to work on weekends and PH and perform shift hours, including night shift.
