You will manage MOH and SGH initiated Value Driven Care (VDC) conditions and coordinate value-based initiatives. Your job duties include:
- Literature review of VDC conditions, indicators and international benchmarks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop clinical quality indicators and patient reported outcome measures
- Data extraction and analyse VDC conditions
- Conduct case review for cases which do not meet indicators and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and revise electronic Clinical Pathways (CCP)
- Analyse patient reported outcome measures (PROM)
- Identify and run hospital wide publicity programmes to promote awareness and adoption of practice of value based healthcare
- Assist to automate the process of extracting, processing data and data validation
- Provide secretariat support for meetings
- Participate in quality improvement projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing/ Biomedical Science/ related disciplines in healthcare, preferably with healthcare work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in the use of statistical and data analytic software will be an advantage
- Experience in medical informatics and informatics-related project management preferred
