Senior Executive, Community Operations (Functional Screening)

Provide operational and administrative support for the management and execution of Functional Screening Programme in community venues, including deployment to community events and engagement with public and stakeholders

1. Functional Screening operations
1. Assignment of participants to screening events and monitor scheduling outcome
2. Process post event reports and feedback and follow up where required
3. Support enquiries from public and other stakeholders
4. Manage functional screening logistics

1. Functional Screening event coordination
1. Manage calendar of events
2. Support coordination with community partners
3. Support staff rostering for event deployment

1. Data management
1. Database management to ensure data security, accuracy and consistency
2. Extract and process participants data pre- and post- event, including supporting any follow up action

1. Event and outreach management
1. Deployment to functional screening events and site recces as POC
2. Deployment to other outreach and community events
3. Engage residents to raise awareness, assist on follow up appointments, and/or sign up for other RHSO programmes

1. Others
1. Secretariat support for department meeting
2. Participate in quality improvement efforts
3. Other ad-hoc duties
