Senior Executive (Novena)

Position: Senior Executive
Salary: $3,780 - $4,150/month (based on $20.80 - $22.80/hour)
Contract: 3 months (Immediate start)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
(42 hours/week)

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in people management and deployment coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Meticulous with payroll verification and administrative tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to commit for the full 3-month period.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end personnel recruitment, training, equipping, and deployment.
• Manage deployment schedules and serve as liaison for all deployment-related matters.
• Oversee communications (e.g., WhatsApp groups) for timely information dissemination.
• Conduct random on-site audits to ensure service standards.
• Collate deployment data and feedback for reporting.
• Review, verify, and endorse monthly payroll timesheets.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

About the Role:
Support the Volunteer Management Branch in managing personnel for the Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS), which promotes recycling, reduces waste, and encourages good recycling practices. Personnel will assist the public at designated collection points, including Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs).
