Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Middle Office provides post-sales support to the Sales team and assists internal Operations teams especially Policy Administration and Claims team in interacting with Intermediaries and Client HR
  • Maintain close working relationship with Sales/Policy Admin/Claims/Compliance/Customer Care Teams and external parties (Intermediaries/Client HR) to ensure seamless flow of relevant information and co-ordination
  • Monitor service level achievements for selected clients
  • Attend to escalations with ability to mitigate and resolve issues of concern in relation to needs of Client HR and Intermediaries.
  • Assist in identifying, simplifying and streamlining processes for operation efficiency
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Employee Benefits Operations is preferred
  • Knowledge of health insurance products would be an advantage
  • Polite, tactful and service minded
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work well independently and in teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
