We're looking for a Senior Executive, Membership & Admin who is as passionate about operational excellence as they are about supporting people. If you enjoy creating efficient processes, supporting internal teams, and building strong relationships with members and key vendors, this role is for you!
As our Senior Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing overall organisational efficiency and elevating the daily workplace experience.
Membership Management: You'll oversee membership records, handle inquiries with care and professionalism, and collaborate with the Community Services team to promote membership benefits and initiatives.
Governance & Administrative Coordinator: You'll provide essential administrative and secretariat support to the association, including handling key documentation, minute-taking, procuring office and pantry supplies, and coordinating training and event operations.
Experienced & Meticulous: You bring at least 2 years of experience in administrative work, ideally with exposure to membership coordination or facilities management. You possess strong organisational and communication skills and thrive on working independently.
Tech-Savvy & Resourceful: You have a keen eye for detail and feel comfortable navigating digital tools, including Google Workspace and Salesforce.
Community-Minded: Prior experience in the social service sector is an advantage! If you haven't worked with the deaf community before, don't worry-we'll support you with training in Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) so you can connect with everyone on our team and in our community.
Qualified: You hold a Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in any field.
