Position: Senior/Executive

Department: Medical Care Operations

Job Description

Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will be involved in help drive the management of the operations to deliver the clinical department's shared goal and overall strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • To assist in the planning, development, evaluation and implementation of clinical services and programmes
  • Ensure compliance to the standards of operations
  • Drive the administrative functions supporting the clinical departments
  • Conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing procedures and policies to improve the efficiency in service delivery and quality improvement
  • Manage and report administrative functions
  • Data analysis, proposal writing, monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, and generating performance reports

Educational And Professional Requirements

  • A degree, preferably in Business Administration/ Studies/ Management, Engineering or Healthcare related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years in Operations/ Administration/ Data Analysis. Relevant experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage
