To support the Group Medical and Quality department in implementing and monitoring clinical governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and facilitating data-driven decision-making to improve patient safety and quality outcomes. The role exists to provide clinical review and analytical support for clinical improvement and reporting, including review and reporting of clinical quality indicators, serious reportable events and clinical risk management. The position also assists with the implementation of antimicrobial stewardship programs across countries, supports value-driven outcome/value-based care initiatives for high-volume, high-impact conditions and provides secretariat support for the central quality improvement forum.
- Support clinical governance activities and projects, including review and reporting of clinical quality indicators, serious reportable events, and clinical risk management
- Assist in data collection and analysis for clinical improvement, antimicrobial stewardship, and value-driven outcome/value-based care initiatives
- Prepare documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including secretariat work for the central quality improvement forum
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate implementation of antimicrobial stewardship programs and value-based care initiatives
- Diploma/Degree in Healthcare (nursing, pharmacy, allied health), Life Sciences, or related field
- (min 5 years of relevant experience)
- Experience and understanding of healthcare systems, clinical governance and antimicrobial stewardship
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience in PowerBI (preferred)
