Senior Executive (Medical Affairs,SNAP programs)

Overview.

Reporting to the Head, Appropriate Value Based Care (AVBC) Office, you will be responsible for managing and implementing strategies for collecting and managing various clinical outcomes data, including but not limited to Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs). The incumbent will ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of data collection frameworks and policies across multiple programs, with a focus on scalability and adaptability to evolving healthcare metrics.

Job Responsibilities.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinate and conduct PROMs surveys for SNAP programs, ensuring timely follow-ups at different post-op time points.
• Educate patients on the importance of PROMs and enhance their engagement in the process.
• Manage AVBC collected data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Support both appropriate care and VDO projects within AVBC

Requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in health-related discipline preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working in healthcare administration, clinical research coordination or a similar role preferred.
