Job Description

Strategic Relationship Management

  • Develop and execute corporate relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new partnership and collaboration opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorships, and strategic alliances.
  • Develop proposals and presentations for potential corporate partners.
  • Secure funding, sponsorships, and in-kind support where applicable.
  • Monitor partnership performance and ensure mutual value creation.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate stakeholders.
  • Manage communications with executives, board members, and business leaders.
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, and stakeholder events.

Corporate Communications

  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance corporate visibility.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage reputation-building initiatives and public relations activities.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor corporate relations staff.
  • Establish performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure partnerships comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
  • Review contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
  • Assess and mitigate risks related to corporate partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, external affairs, fundraising, or partnership management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
