Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the checking and design of mechanical services from concept to detailed design, e.g. air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) system, heating etc.
- Responsible for projects management, planning and the design building systems
- Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
- Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
- Conduct analysis & selection of systems and evaluate project budgets
- Complete design documents & technical specifications
- Work Coordination with other disciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering that accredited by Professional Engineer Board
- Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with AUTOCAD / BIM (Revit)
- Familiar with local code and authority requirements
