Consumer Research Execution & Insights Support
- Support the design and execution of research studies (e.g. surveys, interviews).
- Coordinate data collection activities and ensure smooth fieldwork execution.
- Perform data analysis on research results to support business initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through data exploration and analysis.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to address emerging business needs
- Assist in translating findings into simple, actionable recommendations
Dashboard & Reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms and deliverables.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Ensure insights are presented in a clear and easy-to-understand format.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1– 3 years of relevant experience in customer research in market research agencies, or in hospitality, travel, e-commerce, or consumer-focused industries is an advantage.
- Experience working with large datasets and business reporting environments.
