Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Executive - Marketing & E-commerce Operations (Maternity Cover) to support the day-to-day execution of both retail and online business operations, ensuring smooth coordination across marketing, e-commerce, CRM, and campaign execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment. The candidate should be able to balance execution, coordination, and reporting while supporting business growth across both digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce & Business Operations
. Support day-to-day operations across online and retail business functions
. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business priorities
. Monitor campaign readiness, timelines, and operational deliverables across channels
. Support execution of initiatives that drive commercial performance and business efficiency
2.Performance Marketing & Digital Support
. Assist in running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across key paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok or relevant digital platforms)
. Track campaign performance, budgets, traffic, and ROAS with support from internal teams/agencies
. Work closely with relevant teams to ensure timely launch and optimization of paid campaigns
. Support A/B testing, audience tracking, and campaign performance analysis
3. CRM & Customer Marketing
. Support CRM execution across channels including EDM, WhatsApp, SMS, or relevant customer touchpoints
. Coordinate campaign deployment, customer segmentation, and database-related tasks
. Work with internal teams to ensure CRM calendars and customer communication plans are aligned
. Monitor CRM performance including open rates, click-through rates, retention, and customer engagement metrics
4.Retail Marketing & Campaign Operations
. Support execution of retail marketing initiatives, store-related campaigns, and brand activations
. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing campaign rollouts
. Ensure marketing assets, timelines, and execution requirements are aligned across teams
. Assist in seasonal campaigns, launches, promotions, and operational marketing needs
5. Reporting & Analytics
. Prepare weekly / monthly reports covering marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and campaign performance
. Track business performance, campaign results, and key operational metrics
. Support reporting related to traffic, engagement, conversion, customer behavior, and sales-related KPIs
. Consolidate insights and identify areas for optimization
6. Cross-functional Coordination
. Work closely with Creative, Retail, E-commerce, CRM, Digital, and relevant teams to ensure smooth execution
. Support ad-hoc projects, operational priorities, and business needs across marketing and commerce functions
Requirements
. 3-4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, E-commerce, CRM, Digital Marketing, or Business Operations
. Experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle, e-commerce, or consumer-led brands preferred
. Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, campaign execution, and reporting
. Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, CRM tools (Klaviyo /Mailchimp / similar), and analytics platforms
. Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces across both retail and online business operations
. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and reports
. Detail-oriented, organized, and execution-focused
. Comfortable working in a lean, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / reporting tools preferred
