As part of our continued growth, we're hiring a SeniorExecutive - Marketing & Online Media to support our digital campaign operations and help scale performance across Asia Pacific.
What You'll Be Working On
- Digital Media Campaigns: Plan and execute digital media campaigns across channels such as programmatic, display, mobile, social and affiliate marketing to generate leads.
- Campaign Optimisation: Manage campaigns to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Campaign Reporting: Track marketing metrics, analyse and report on campaign performance.
- Testing and experimentation: Conduct A/Btesting and experiments to identify learnings and insights to drive better campaign performance.
- Partner Management - Collaborate with external partners and oversee the execution and optimisation of campaigns.
Your Skills and Qualities
- Have 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, media buying or online advertising. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position.
- Good understanding of digital media channels such as Display, Social, Programmatic or Affiliate Marketing.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Taboola or equivalent platforms.
- Data-driven and analytical, with hands-on experience running digital media campaigns in APAC markets is a big plus.
- Good communication skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of English. Knowledge of a second APAC language is a big plus.
