Job Title: Senior Executive/Marketing Manager

Reports To: Senior Director, Business Development & Partnership

Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Marketing Manager to own Knovel's marketing function from brand positioning and content strategy to conversion optimization and demand generation. You will work closely with Business Development, Engineering, and leadership to sharpen our brand voice, build compelling proof points, and support pipeline building through digital channels.

The role offers a competitive monthly base salary ranging from SGD 5,000 to 8,000 complemented by annual performance-based bonuses that reward excellence and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned to company growth objectives.
  • Shape and evolve Knovel's brand positioning and messaging to sharpen competitive differentiation.
  • Own content and conversion strategy for LinkedIn and the corporate website.
  • Maintain a content pipeline from ideation through drafting, review, and publishing.
  • Collaborate with BD and Engineering teams to develop case studies, solution write-ups, technical white papers, and capability decks.
  • Partner with BD team to align marketing initiatives with sales priorities and partnership opportunities.
  • Work with Product team to understand product roadmaps and surface differentiators early.
  • Support event planning and partner marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology industry.
  • Strategic thinker on brand positioning, able to identify gaps and opportunities in a crowded space.
  • Experience managing digital channels (LinkedIn, website, email, SEO/SEM).
  • Sharp writer, able to translate complex technical concepts into compelling executive-level narratives.
  • Comfortable operating in a lean environment where you define processes and drive work forward.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's PDPC regulations, personal data protection laws, and compliance requirements in marketing communications.
