About the Department

Formed in 1990, Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute (OTCi) is a centre for labour education and training in Singapore. Together with Ministry of Manpower and Singapore National Employers Federation, OTCi is a key driver of the Singapore Tripartism Forum to promote Singapore's unique brand of tripartism.

Responsibilities

  • To serve as account managers for assigned trade unions and various entities in the NTUC family, to perform training needs analysis and execute training plans.
  • To manage training programmes assigned through consolidating programmes nominations, liaising with trainers and work with the admin team for backend processing.
  • To churn out and analyse training and engagement data of accounts assigned to better understand needs and trends.
  • To execute leadership engagement sessions through working within and outside of NTUC such as government agencies and subject matter experts for cross sharing and learning.
  • To be involved in supporting marketing efforts and outreach to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a learning and development environment; or HRM environment.
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel (in particular Power BI).
  • Comfortable with engaging a myriad of stakeholders of varying seniority and experience to build strong relationship.
  • Experience or interest in creating tiktok type short video clips for online influencing will be advantageous.
  • Meticulous, adaptive and take strong ownership of work assigned and good team player.

Designation and salary will be commensurate with experience.
