Responsibilities
Administer Haj quota allocation for pilgrims via the MyHajSG portal.
Execute and coordinate IT-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Ensure effective deployment, configuration, and support of IT systems.
Monitor and review Haj rules and policies in the Administration of Muslim Law Act (AMLA).
Plan and monitor Haj's visa operations with Muis appointed Haj travel agencies and other government agencies in Singapore.
Manage and respond to public enquiries on Haj matters.
Develop public education campaigns on Haj administration.
Plan, coordinate, execute operational and logistical planning in Singapore and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
[What we are looking for]
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in any discipline are welcome to apply.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in an IT operation environment is preferred, and with at least a professional certification in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or any related field.
Proactive and committed to achieving desired work targets.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
An effective communicator with good writing skills.
Proficient in IT skills.
Prior experience in operational, logistical and crisis management is an advantage.
Able to travel overseas for Haj-related coordinate, planning and execution work objectives.
Successful candidate will be appointed on a contract basis.
