Senior/Executive, Lease Management (Arrears)

Job Purpose

To oversee end-to-end arrears management for advertising revenue, ensuring effective credit control and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

. Review and manage aging reports and high-risk accounts.
. Handle escalated and disputed advertiser / agency accounts.
. Recommend actions such as credit suspension or legal follow-up.
. Supervise officers and ensure adherence to SOPs.
. Prepare arrears reports and support process improvements.

Qualifications & Work Experience

. Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
. 5 years experience in credit control or commercial receivables.
. Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
. Experience in B2B or media / advertising industry preferred.
