Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the company's training roadmap, aligning learning initiatives with business objectives, operational needs, and workforce capabilities.
  • Conduct training needs assessments, manage training budgets, evaluate programme effectiveness, and coordinate with external and internal training providers to deliver impactful learning solutions.
  • Design and implement competency models for both technical and non-technical roles, while developing targeted development programmes to strengthen workforce capability and succession readiness.
  • Establish and enhance learning frameworks, including e-learning, classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training methodologies, while developing internal trainers and strengthening knowledge transfer processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements, ISO standards, workplace safety regulations, and shareholder audit requirements through effective governance and audit management.
  • Drive initiatives that support talent pipeline development, training sponsorships, government funding optimisation, succession planning, and employer branding to enhance organisational capability and attractiveness.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR / Business
  • At least 4 years of experience in L&D
  • Passionate about L&D function
