Job Description

[What the role is]

We're hiring a marketeer to join NYP's Communication & Outreach Department.
You will play a pivotal role in executing integrated marketing campaigns that elevate NYP's brand presence. Your focus will be on engaging secondary school and ITE students, and their parents.

You will be responsible for crafting impactful content, collaborating and/or develop creative assets that enhance storytelling, and leveraging data insights to drive engagement and improve campaign performance.

[What you will be working on]

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms to enhance brand visibility and position NYP as the polytechnic of choice. Manage campaign budgets and deliver post-campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Craft compelling content through impactful copywriting and creative storytelling across diverse platforms including print collateral, digital ads, online articles, eDMs, and Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising. Ensure all messaging is consistent, relevant, and aligned with NYP's brand voice.
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, short‑form videos, etc.) across multiple platforms, including timely and professional monitoring, tracking, and moderation of audience interactions.
  • Collaborate with designers to conceptualise and develop visually compelling assets, maintaining cohesive storytelling and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Support on any other projects as assigned.

[What we are looking for]

  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong track record in content creation across various formats including marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media and eDMs.

Knowledge:

  • Flair for writing with the ability to craft engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience using tools such as Google Analytics to guide content strategy and measure performance.
  • Good grasp of creative strategy, with the ability to align messaging with visual storytelling to enhance campaign impact and brand resonance.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology (MarTech) platforms and tools is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong copywriting abilities to convey ideas clearly and persuasively with great impact.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in graphic design or visual editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
