Job Summary

The Senior / Executive, Human Resources supports the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the Manager, Human Resources, the incumbent will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, learning and development, HR system, employee records and compliance matters to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations while delivering a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, job portals and external partners.
  • Support internship and early careers hiring by liaising with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), career offices and student placement programmes.
  • Assist in career fairs, recruitment events and employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate pre-employment documentation, onboarding arrangements and HR orientation for new employees.
  • Prepare employment-related documents and ensure onboarding processes are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate employee confirmation, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, resignations and exit clearance processes.
  • Maintain proper onboarding and offboarding documentation to ensure a smooth employee experience.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR information within the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
  • Process work pass applications, renewals and government-related submissions where applicable.
  • Administer leave records, staff uniform inventory and other day-to-day HR administrative processes.
  • Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with organisational policies and relevant employment legislation.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate staff training registrations, course enrolments and learning logistics.
  • Maintain accurate training records and monitor employee training attendance.
  • Support learning initiatives, training grants and claims administration..

Employee Engagement

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement, wellness and recognition initiatives.
  • Coordinate staff events, internal communications and HR activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in fostering employee engagement through various organisational initiatives.

Who Are You:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Fresh graduates with a keen interest in Human Resources are welcome to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning HR system.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Proactive, resourceful and committed to delivering quality work.
  • Professional in handling confidential and sensitive information.
