Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and align compensation strategies and budgeting based on industry benchmarks and the total rewards philosophy of Ocean Network Express (ONE).
- Assist in coordinating the performance management cycle and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Prepare and maintain regional headcount and workforce reports.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and follow-up action plans.
- Assist in talent management and succession planning activities.
- Coordinate administrative processes related to international assignments.
- Promote learning and development programs, including ONE Academy initiatives.
- Support the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee data.
- Collaborate with country HR teams to support regional HR programs and initiatives.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in majoring in Human Resources or related qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills
- Ability to operate independently with discretion, structure and a proactive mindset
