About the Role
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Senior Executive, Human Resources to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is strong in payroll, compliance, and employment legislation, and is keen to contribute to building efficient, compliant, and people-centric HR practices.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while partnering with stakeholders to support organisational growth.
Responsibilities:
Payroll & HR Operations
- Manages full-cycle payroll for 100+ employees with accuracy and timeliness
- Handles statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, claims) and ensure full compliance
- Maintains proper HR records and supports HRIS/payroll systems administration
- Supports salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits administration
Compliance & HR Governance
- Ensures adherence to Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
- Reviews and enhances HR policies, processes, and SOPs
- Advises stakeholders on employment matters, including contracts, disciplinary cases, and exits
- Supports HR audits and compliance checks
Business Partnering & Employee Lifecycle
- Supports onboarding, confirmation, and employee lifecycle processes
- Provides practical HR guidance to managers on day-to-day people matters
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on payroll exposure
- Proven experience managing payroll for 100+ employees
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR compliance practices
- Good understanding of HR-finance linkage (payroll, budgeting, cost control)
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g. Payboy) is an advantage
- Meticulous, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams
