Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide precision-led support in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR shared services
  • Collate and verify monthly variable payments (e.g., OT, incentives, and deductions) for processing.
  • Execute government-paid leave claims (e.g., Maternity, Paternity, and Childcare) and NS makeup pay claims via respective portals.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax documents; maintain accurate payroll archives for audit readiness.
  • Conduct first-level checking of payroll reports to ensure data integrity before final management approval.
  • Facilitate grant applications and absentee payroll claims.
  • Complete mandatory statutory surveys (e.g., Occupational Wage Surveys) and other labor market reports accurately.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding, including contract preparation and system updates.
  • Coordinate EP/S-Pass/WP applications and renewals, ensuring adherence to the Fair Consideration Framework.
  • Manage the enrollment and termination of employee insurance schemes (e.g., Group Hospital & Surgical and Term Life insurance) for employees.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the employee database and ensure PDPA-compliant record keeping.
  • Prepare documentation for internal/external audits and ensure employee files are organized and up-to-date.
  • Support the logistics for employee engagement initiatives, such as Long Service Awards and staff welfare events

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in HR shared services, benefits administration and/or payroll
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and a sound understanding of the Employment Act and CPF regulations.
  • Strong sense of Integrity in handling confidential data and a proactive, professional aptitude to ensure high service standards
